Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: 1. Planning and Scheduling: • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company targets & manage, and execute all production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources (materials, equipment, personnel) effectively to optimize production. • Schedule Management: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects & maintaining detailed production reports and update management using CRM/ERP. • Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and make adjustments as needed to meet demand fluctuations. 2. Process Management: • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality & ensure smooth coordination with vendors for raw material procurement and inventory management. • Production Process Management: Oversee and improve the sequence of operations required to transform raw materials into finished products. • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards. • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and repaired to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. • Fitment & Installation Oversight: Oversee fitment, installation, and logistics to ensure timely project execution. 3. Leadership and Team Management: • Team Management & Training: Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. & and train the production workforce for skill enhancement and productivity. • Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop training programs to improve skills. • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the production team in a timely and effective manner. • Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all BD, Design, and CSM teams for seamless project execution. 4. Budget and Cost Management: • Budgeting: Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring that projects are completed within budget • Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability. • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely availability of materials. 5. Safety and Compliance: • Safety Standards: Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment. • Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with relevant laws and regulation Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering/Mechanical/Industrial Management or equivalent. • 7-10 years of experience in production management, quality control, or manufacturing Operations • Experience in customized production handling and mid-large scale fitment/installation projects is a plus.
