Role Overview:

dynamic and results-driven Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute

    strategic sales and business development plans

    to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize

    target markets, industries, and potential clients

    for HRMS solutions.
  • Generate leads through

    networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and partnerships

    .
  • Conduct

    market research and competitive analysis

    to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with

    marketing and product teams

    to create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Lead

    sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures

    ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report

    sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts

    on a regular basis.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with

    CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, and key stakeholders

    to establish CHROMA as a preferred HRMS platform.
  • Represent the organization at

    industry events, conferences, and client meetings

    to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Business, Technology, or a related field;

    MBA preferred.

  • 9–12 years of experience in

    Sales / Business Development

    , preferably in

    HRMS / SaaS / HCM domain.

  • Proven track record of

    achieving and exceeding sales targets

    in enterprise software or IT product sales.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT operations, CIO/CHRO organization structures,

    and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel and PowerPoint

    for reporting and client presentations.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong business acumen.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in selling to

    CHRO organizations

    or exposure to

    HCM tools

    .
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including

    Product, Marketing, and Delivery.
