RWA (Sales)- Head Exp: 6+yrs Location: Bangalore Industry: EV Infrastructure / CleanTech/ Smart Buildings Role: RWA Sales- Head About the Role: We are seeking a RWA Sales - Head to drive the adoption of EV charging solutions across residential communities (RWAs & buildings), tech parks, corporate campuses, and commercial complexes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in B2B/B2C consultative sales, with a strong network in real estate and facility management ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales strategy and execution for residential (RWA & apartmentcomplexes), commercial buildings, tech parks, and business hubs. Pitch EV charging solutions to RWA committees, society boards, facilitymanagers, corporate estate teams, and developers. Build and maintain partnerships with builders, REITs, facility management firms, co-working spaces, and urban planners. Drive lead generation, site assessments, proposals, pricing, and contract closure. Conduct community/tenant awareness programsand coordinate demos or townhalls. Track industry trends, government policies, and incentiveschemes relevant to EV infrastructure. Maintain CRM reports, achievetargets, and coordinate with deployment teamsfor smooth installation. Ideal Candidate: 7–15 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales,preferably in EV, solar, real estate, facility services, or SaaS for infra. Strong experience engaging with RWAs, real estate developers, tech parks, or corporate campuses. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passionate about clean energy and EV ecosystem. Bonus: Understanding of EV charging tech, electrical infra, or policy landscape. Why Join Us?
