Location : Hybrid (Remote + On-Ground Travel) Experience : 4–6 years in sports channel/dealer sales or similar niche Industry Requirement : Relevant experience in the sports industry is mandatory Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-energy, self-driven Travelling Sales Head who will lead and expand A2’s retail presence across Indian Dealer Networks. You’ll manage new channel development, dealer onboarding, payment collection , and performance across multiple territories — combining hustle with communication finesse. Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage new retail and distribution channels Drive sales performance through proactive dealer management Ensure timely payment collections and clear partner communication Travel to priority regions to activate counters, train dealers, and build brand visibility Collaborate with internal ops and inventory teams to align stock movement and margins Maintain CRM tracking and report sales milestones regularly Requirements: Clear, confident communication skills – ability to set expectations with dealers and partners Relevant experience in the sports industry (cricket segment preferred) Multilingual capability is a bonus (regional language fluency is highly preferred) Must be willing to travel frequently across India Strong sales instincts, relationship-building ability, and negotiation skills Proactive & result oriented Excellent coordination, planning, and follow-through Apply at arindam@a2cricket.com
