Role Overview:

Travelling Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage

    new retail and distribution channels

  • Drive

    sales performance

    through proactive dealer management
  • Ensure timely

    payment collections

    and clear partner communication
  • Travel to priority regions to activate counters, train dealers, and build brand visibility
  • Collaborate with internal ops and inventory teams to align stock movement and margins
  • Maintain CRM tracking and report sales milestones regularly

Requirements:

  • Clear, confident communication skills

    – ability to set expectations with dealers and partners
  • Relevant experience in the sports industry

    (cricket segment preferred)
  • Multilingual capability

    is a bonus (regional language fluency is highly preferred)
  • Must be willing to travel frequently across India
  • Strong sales instincts, relationship-building ability, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive & result oriented
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and follow-through
