Head of Sales Operations

A precision engineering company with global reach is seeking a Head – Sales Operations & Customer Experience to lead its sales execution, customer relationship management, and commercial growth initiatives across international and domestic markets.

NOTE: Only candidates from relevant industries will be considered.

These include:

• Non-ferrous metal casting / foundry
• Precision component manufacturing
• Industrial machinery manufacturing
• Primary metal or alloy-based production
• OEM component suppliers with global clientele

What You'll Do:

• Drive sales operations across India and global markets (including North America and Europe)
• Lead a multi-layered team covering sales, application engineering, sales admin, and international service
• Manage onboarding of new components and customers while maintaining strong existing client relationships
• Lead structured customer reviews, forecasting, and annual planning exercises
• Navigate technical, quality, and commercial issues with internal stakeholders and customers
• Manage sales admin, order fulfillment, inventory planning, and customer service functions end-to-end
• Travel internationally (2–4 trips/year) and domestically as needed

What You Bring:

• 15+ years in industrial/engineering sales and customer service
• Experience managing high-volume execution and international customer relationships
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, including price modeling and multi-year deal structuring
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering processes
• Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• ERP/CRM systems familiarity preferred
• Fluent in English; Indian languages a plus; German/Spanish desirable
• Valid visa to USA/UK/EU (minimum validity until 2027)
