Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Bhiwandi. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks will include leading the sales department, setting performance goals, coaching team members, and reporting on sales performance. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and product development teams to maximize revenue growth.
