The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks will include leading the sales department, setting performance goals, coaching team members, and reporting on sales performance. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and product development teams to maximize revenue growth. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills Proven experience in Account Management and Team Management Excellent Analytical Skills Exceptional leadership and communication skills Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the battery technology or renewable energy industry is a plus
