Head of Sales

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning : Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and create long-term sales goals aligned with company objectives.
• Team management : Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team. Manage performance, provide feedback, and establish a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Sales execution : Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, direct sales campaigns, and manage client and partner relationships.
• Performance and analysis : Establish performance metrics, track progress, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Market intelligence : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage and identify new market opportunities.
• Financial management : Create and manage sales budgets, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
