🚨 We’re Hiring | Head of Sales – Real Estate (Gurugram)

Deep Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have experience handling real estate sales, client management, and channel partner coordination — with strong communication and closing skills.

📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana

 🧭 Reports To: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

 ✅ Drive end-to-end sales for the Dholera Project.

 ✅ Generate and convert leads through site visits, follow-ups, and client engagement.

 ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

 ✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.

 ✅ Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

 🔹 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales.

 🔹 Strong knowledge of the Gurugram and NCR property market.

 🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

 🔹 Goal-oriented and proactive with a passion for real estate.

💰 Compensation: Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site | Gurugram
