Head of Sales

Role Overview

The Sales Head will lead the Pre-Sales, Sales, and CRM teams, drive revenue growth, achieve project-wise sales targets, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly,quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead and manage Pre-Sales, Sales, and CRM teams with clear KPIs.
• Drive the entire sales cycle: lead management, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain channel partner and broker networks.
• Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation, events, and campaigns.
• Work with CRM to ensure smooth post-sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Track competition, market trends, and pricing.
• Prepare sales MIS, revenue reports, and project-wise performance updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA with 10–15+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
