Job Description

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting overall digital growth for real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube

    , and real estate portals like

    99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com

    .
  • Generate high-quality leads and ensure campaigns meet monthly lead and CPL (Cost per Lead) targets.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve ROI and conversion efficiency.

2. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop and manage social media calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with designers for creatives and video content.

3. Email, WhatsApp & CRM Marketing

  • Run targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM data for campaign segmentation and tracking.
  • Support the sales team with relevant follow-up automation and drip campaigns.

4. SEO & Website Management

  • Monitor SEO performance, update website content, and track traffic metrics.
  • Conduct regular website audits to improve user engagement and lead form conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard

    , and CRM reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Analyse trends and provide insights for improvement.

6. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand project requirements and lead quality.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and creative teams for smooth execution.
  • Manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Candidates with prior experience in real estate digital marketing will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, and web analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital lead generation and paid marketing.
