Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in salem . The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the assigned region. Daily tasks will include monitoring sales performance, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and leading a sales team
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and customer relationship management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the edible oils or FMCG industry is a MUST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
