Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sangli for the Head of Sales position. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and fostering long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to align business objectives.

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and fostering long-lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leading diverse teams effectively
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to strategize, forecast, and assess team and market performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and clients
  • Proven leadership experience in the financial services or cooperative banking sector preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
