Job Title: Head of Sales

Role Purpose

driving overall revenue, brokerage generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

• Own

  overall sales strategy and revenue targets

  across Demat, Trading, and Investment products.
• Drive

  brokerage generation

  through equity, derivatives, commodities, currency, and arbitrage strategies.
• Build sustainable revenue streams via

  margin funding, bulk trades, SLBM, and market-making activities

  .
• Ensure cross-selling and up-selling across the product suite.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Acquire and manage high-value clients across:
• Retail
• HNI
• PCG (Private Client Group)
• Family Offices
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Lead large

  bulk trade and structured deal discussions

  with HNI and institutional clients.

Product Coverage

Responsible for driving sales across the following products:

• Demat & Depository Services
• Equity Trading & Investments
• Derivatives (Equity, Currency, Commodities)
• Algo Trading / Arbitrage Strategies
• Wealth Management
• IPOs (Primary Market)
• Mutual Funds / AIF / PMS
• Fixed Deposits, Bonds, SGBs, G-Secs, Post Office Schemes
• SLBM / Market Maker Solutions
• RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) Services

Team Building & Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale a

  high-performing sales team

  across channels.
• Set clear KPIs, sales funnels, and productivity benchmarks.
• Drive performance culture with strong governance and ethical sales practices.

Strategic & Promoter-Level Engagement

• Work closely with the Promoter to define growth strategy and new business initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback.
• Support brand positioning and strategic partnerships.

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to

  SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance norms
