Job Summary:

Sales and Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions
  • Handle key customers, OEMs, dealers, and project clients
  • Drive sales of motors, switchgears, panels, and electrical products
  • Forecast sales, monitor performance, and review targets regularly
  • Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and service teams for smooth order execution
  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:

    BE / Diploma in EEE, ECE, or Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience: 5–10 years

    in sales of motors and electrical products
  • Proven experience in handling sales teams and key accounts
  • Strong market knowledge of industrial electrical products
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
