Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Program & Project Orchestration (Program Management Head Phase)

• Drive cross-functional alignment across BHIVE departments (Projects, Design, Procurement, Facilities, Sales, Finance, Legal etc.) to enable efficiency in opening new centers and upgrading existing infrastructure.

• Convert strategic initiatives into structured programs with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

• Build automation-led reporting systems and dashboards that track progress, risks, and opportunities across initiatives.

• Partner with business heads to resolve bottlenecks and ensure programs scale smoothly across multiple cities.

• Provide the COO with actionable insights and escalation support on high-impact initiatives.


Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Performance (Chief of Staff Growth Path)

• Lead the company’s charter for organizational performance, efficiency, and strategic growth.

• Own BHIVE’s operating system: review rhythms, accountability systems, and performance metrics.

• Anchor high-priority strategic programs directly for the CEO and COO, spanning new city expansion, business development, and operational optimization.

• Bridge strategic vision with execution discipline to ensure scale-up plans are delivered.


Analytical, Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Create automation-enabled program management systems to ensure data-driven decisions.

• Inspire teams to collaborate across functions and geographies, driving a highperformance culture.

• Act as the execution partner to the CEO/COO, ensuring clarity, accountability, and follow-through on priorities.


Development & Transition

• Gain direct mentorship from CEO/COO, with full access to strategy forums.

• Transition to Chief of Staff role upon demonstrated leadership, cross-city impact, and organizational influence.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 10-15 years of complex program management experience, ideally with exposure to automation, systems building, and multi-stakeholder orchestration.

• Proven ability to convert strategic initiatives into actionable programs and deliver results across geographies.

• Strong track record in large-scale initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• Analytical, metrics-driven, and highly collaborative.

• Education: Bachelor’s in engineering/management; MBA preferred from top institutes (IIT, NIT, DCE, IIM, etc.).

• Adaptability, resilience, and appetite for high-growth leadership roles.
