Job Description

BHIVE Workspace is seeking a talented Architect with 4-6 years of experience to create functional, innovative, and engaging co-working spaces. You will lead design projects, blending architectural expertise with interior design to deliver spaces that foster collaboration, productivity, and community. Responsibilities: • Lead the design and space planning of coworking environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics. • Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and internal teams. • Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE’s brand. • Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects. • Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Designing. • 4-6 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a focus on co-working or commercial spaces. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. • Strong communication and client-facing skills. • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and modern office trends is a plus.
