Role Description

This is a contract role for an Architect based on-site at South Delhi. The Architect will oversee architectural planning and design projects, developing innovative and functional design concepts. Responsibilities include creating detailed plans, CAD drawings, and blueprints, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring designs adhere to regulatory standards, and supervising the execution of projects to meet quality and aesthetic expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools
• Strong skills in architectural planning, drafting, and creating detailed blueprints and 3D visualizations
• Knowledge of building codes, construction regulations, and sustainable design practices
• Project and team management skills, including the ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense for designs
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous work experience in architectural design and execution, preferably in the residential or commercial construction sector
