𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

👉 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

👉 4–5 years of hands-on experience in high-rise finishing, with a strong focus on painting

👉 Experience using rope-suspended platforms (cradles) for elevated work

Proven ability to communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and plan activities to meet deadlines

👉 Deep understanding of client quality and safety requirements

👉 Accountable, proactive mindset with a drive to push boundaries to complete work

👉 Immediate availability to join in Noida Sector 43
