Job Summary: The F&B Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating food and beverage outlets within the mall premises. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a mall, retail, or large format setup. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and retail food service norms. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
