Job Description

1. Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance tenant engagement at the mall. 2. Managing the mall's online presence across various digital platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. 3. Collaborating with the mall management team to create marketing campaigns that highlight Mall's unique selling points and resonate with the target audience. 4. Analyzing marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. 5. Managing the marketing budget for Mall, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable results. 6. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing to continually improve Mall's marketing efforts and drive business growth. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a mall or retail industry. - Strong understanding of mall marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving foot traffic and enhancing tenant engagement. - Experience in managing mall-specific marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and experiential. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms specific to mall marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with mall management and tenants. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative mall marketing initiatives. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze mall-specific data and metrics to drive informed decisions. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
