Head of Software Product Management

You’ll be at the heart of Zippy’s product evolution, working directly with the founders and leadership team to define the roadmap, build scalable systems, and shape the future of AI-powered kids’ tech globally.

• Strategic Ownership

  : Define and execute the long-term roadmap for all software — cloud, AI, mobile app, and backend systems.

• AI & LLM Leadership

  : Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs and speech models into real-time, kid-safe experiences.

• System Design

  : Translate product goals into technical specifications, API contracts, and architecture decisions.

• Scalable Infrastructure

  : Balance features, infra scalability, and tech debt to deliver fast, reliable, and cost-efficient systems.

• Cross-Functional Leadership

  : Collaborate closely with engineering, firmware, and design teams to ship impactful products.

• Data & Security First

  : Ensure privacy-first design for children’s data, while building strong event logging, analytics, and personalization engines.

• Team Builder

  : Grow, mentor, and inspire the next generation of PMs and engineers under your leadership.

• 6–10 years of product/technical product management experience, with

  at least one consumer-tech product shipped end-to-end

  .
• Strong understanding of

  LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and AI/ML integration

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and microservices

  .
• Exposure to

  speech tech (STT/TTS), personalization engines, or recommendation systems

  is a big plus.
• Strong grasp of

  data engineering fundamentals

  – ETL, event logging, and analytics pipelines.
• Technical background (CS/Engineering) or proven ability to engage deeply with engineers on architecture.
• Exceptional

  prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Leadership experience in scaling software/AI teams is strongly preferred.
