Job Description

As a Product Head for Travel Insurance, you will play a crucial role in leading the product strategy, development, and growth of our travel insurance business. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the travel insurance portfolio. - Leading end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation, market research, design, development, and launch, to ongoing optimization. - Partnering with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, operations, sales, technology, marketing, compliance) to deliver innovative and customer-centric insurance solutions. - Tracking market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. - Developing and owning KPIs for product performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability. - Championing digital-first solutions that simplify customer journeys, improve claims experiences, and enhance engagement. - Mentoring and guiding a team of product managers/associates. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-10 years of product management experience in InsurTech, with significant exposure to travel or health insurance products. - Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and digital distribution models. - Proven success in conceptualizing, launching, and scaling insurance products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in working with technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions. - An MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field is preferred.,
