Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner located in Bengaluru. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management. The role includes providing strategic input and support to meet organizational goals while focusing on enhancing employee engagement and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
Proficiency in Performance Management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum 3 years experience as a recruiter
Must have experience in tech hiring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must have maximum 7-8 years of total work experience
