What You'll Do

• Define and own the product strategy & roadmap, aligned with Vama's spiritual vision

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from zero to one, and one to infinity

• Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship products that are simple, intuitive, and impactful

• Use data, user research, and intuition to guide decisions

• Build and mentor a high-performing product team

• Prioritize ruthlessly - because in startups, everything is urgent, but not everything is important

What You Bring to the Aarti Thali

• 7+ years in Product Management at high-growth Indian consumer tech startups

• A portfolio of shipped, scaled products that users loved (and competitors envied)

• Deep empathy for Indian users, especially beyond the metros

• Sharp analytical skills paired with a strong product intuition

• A knack for storytelling - whether it's a product deck or a pitch to the dev team

• Bonus: Passion for spirituality, culture, or solving for Bharat
