We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Procurement to lead our purchasing and sourcing operations in the IT hardware and IT infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, strong leadership, and proven expertise in procurement management to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure business continuity.

2. Build and nurture strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring high-quality service.

3. Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement standards.

4. Lead and mentor a procurement team, fostering professional growth and high performance.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align procurement with business needs.

6. Conduct market research and analyze trends to support informed decision-making.

7. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and supply reliability.
