Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Head to lead and manage our nationwide operations. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensure operational excellence, drive team performance, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple manufacturing locations

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites in India

·      Ensure adherence to customer expectations and prerequisites

·      Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and timely service delivery

·      Manage, mentor, and motivate a large team of employees

·      Coordinate with clients to address service requirements and resolve issues promptly

·      Oversee resource allocation, manpower planning, and operational scalability

·      Implement process improvements and automation initiatives where feasible

Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)

·      10+ years of experience in large-scale operations management, preferably in the automotive/ manufacturing sector

·      Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

·      Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple locations

·      Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
