Min Experience: 8 yearsLocation: BangaloreJobType: full-timeAs Head of Marketing, you will define and lead the brand's voice across all customer touchpoints, including CRM, digital performance, offline activations, loyalty, and membership programs. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing execution while shaping strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases across smaller towns and emerging markets. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct reporting to the founders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy, spanning brand, performance, online, and offline channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention via digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and CRM channels (SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications).
  • Build and scale the Membership & Loyalty Program, designing compelling value propositions, offers, and repeat-purchase loops.
  • Plan and execute localized offline campaigns and activations tailored for Tier 3-5 consumers.
  • Manage the marketing calendar across festive periods, product launches, store openings, and regional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, supply chain, store operations, and analytics, to maximize business impact.
  • Lead a small in-house team and agency partners, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize for CAC and LTV.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in retail, FMCG, consumer internet, or D2C sectors.
  • Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing (digital, offline, and CRM).
  • Experience in managing or scaling loyalty/membership programs is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Tier 2-5 customer behavior and localized marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and building systems from scratch.
