Head of Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Drive the Marketing Activity Plan & Digital Strategy in alignment with Strategy and segment priorities.
• Responsible for planning, creation and execution of all major country-focused marketing programs and initiatives that will ensure a consistent go-to-market approach at country level.
• Drive and enhance the e-Shop sales contribution to business.
• Develop & execute content strategy for direct and channel business.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities and events such as roadshows, exhibitions, and webinars.
• Drive the post event conversion along with IDS & ODS to achieve the ROI.
• Design and execute market campaigns to increase strategic initiatives products.
• Drive RPA, Digitalization & AI tools implementation in Marketing processes (Eg: Lead management, Catalogue development, etc)
• Yearly marketing budgeting exercise
• Mentor Digital marketing and Marketing operations team
• Evaluate and communicate with external vendors and suppliers
• Own & drive the Company events ( Eg: Annual Conference Sales + Distributors, etc)

Preferred candidate profile

• Overall experience 12-15 Years and 3-5 years in leading a team (Industrial consumables, Infrastructure products like Cables, Switchgears, etc)
• Offline and Digital Campaign management, Lead nurturing, Content Strategy
• Strong project management skills; able to deliver consistent high-quality results on time and within budget
• Track record of leading high performing teams, managing significant marketing and resource budgets
• Strategic and tactical problem-solving skills as well as experience and discipline to focus on delivering measured improvement in results.
• Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation.
