Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing initiatives for our premium wellness retreat, ensuring strong brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth. The role requires expertise in promoting high-end resorts, wellness centers, or luxury hospitality brands. The candidate must have a deep understanding of wellness marketing, customer behavior, digital trends, and resort-based promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to a premium wellness resort environment.

  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Conduct market research to analyze wellness and hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights.

  • Strengthen the brand identity of the wellness retreat across all platforms.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with luxury wellness standards.

  • Manage marketing materials, brochures, digital creatives, and promotional content.

  • Oversee the website, social media channels, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns specific to wellness and resort audiences.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach and ROI.

  • Collaborate on content creation showcasing therapies, programs, facilities, and customer experiences.

  • Plan seasonal campaigns, wellness packages, membership promotions, and retreat programs.

  • Coordinate collaborations with influencers, wellness coaches, travel agencies, and corporate partners.

  • Organize events, workshops, and special activities to attract target groups.

  • Work closely with Sales and Reservations teams to generate quality leads.

  • Support the team with marketing tools, presentations, and promotional assets.

  • Track campaign performance and link marketing outcomes to guest bookings.

  • Lead and motivate the marketing team with clear goals and timelines.

  • Assign roles, monitor performance, and support professional development.

  • Encourage creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.

  • Present monthly and quarterly reports on marketing activities, guest engagement, and campaign results.

  • Use data analytics to improve strategies and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Recommend improvements based on visitor behavior and wellness market insights.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of marketing experience in premium resorts, luxury wellness centers, or five-star hospitality brands.

  • Strong understanding of wellness trends, guest experiences, and luxury service standards.

  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation.

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, guest-centric environment.
