We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth who will drive FundNexus’s visibility, brand trust, and user growth from day one.This is not a typical marketing job — it’s a core team role, offering equity ownership and the opportunity to shape the entire go-to-market strategy of the company.You’ll own FundNexus’s brand story, marketing strategy, growth channels, and lead generation across digital and partnership funnels.🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute FundNexus’s complete marketing strategy (branding, digital, PR, and partnerships).Create a consistent brand voice and positioning across all platforms (social, web, press, community).Manage campaigns for startups, investors, and RIAs to attract active deal participation.Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics to measure traction and ROI.Build and manage a small team of interns and creative partners.Collaborate closely with founders to align marketing with product roadmap and investor outreach.Craft high-quality marketing content — videos, posts, blogs, newsletters, and investor decks.💡 Who You Are (Personality Traits to Hire For)

2–6 years of experience in startup marketing, growth, or brand management.Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or investment-related platforms preferred.Strong understanding of B2B and community-led growth.Proven ability to build traction from scratch (pre-funding or MVP stage).Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.Ready to join on equity-only basis till funding round closes.💰 Compensation
