Job Title: Head of Marketing

Workmode: Office/Chennai

Exp: 8 to 12 years


We're looking for a result-driven strategic marketing leader, someone who understands the nuances of selling software & services, the power of AI-driven automation, and how to scale a brand across global markets.


You'll be the person scaling our marketing function that we've started, leading the team, and working directly with our founders to boost our current marketing efforts. You'll be directly working with founders and will not be stuck in back-to-back meetings or drowning in approvals.


What we expect

  • Build the strategy that connects our business goals to real marketing outcomes— not just metrics, but revenue, leads, and growth Lead and mentor a team of marketers, helping them grow while keeping everyone focused on what matters.
  • Drive product marketing with positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Drive demand generation across digital, content, events, partnerships—whatever channels actually work for our audience.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing isn't just generating noise, but qualified opportunities they can close.
  • Manage the budget smartly.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions—track what matters, kill what doesn't, and constantly optimize.
  • Experiment constantly with new channels, try bold and viral campaigns, learn fast, and double down on what works.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to ensure marketing aligns with business goal.


What We're Looking For


  • 8-12 years in marketing roles with at least 3-4 years leading teams.
  • Global marketing experience - you've run campaigns across multiple regions (North America, Europe, APAC, etc.)
  • Proven success driving pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns for similar brands.
  • You understand the full funnel, from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • You actively experiment with emerging AI tools and find creative ways to automate repetitive tasks.
  • You understand PLG (product-led growth) and how to blend it with traditional enterprise sales.
  • You've scaled marketing in competitive SaaS categories and know how to differentiate.
  • You're comfortable with technical audiences—developers, IT leaders, data scientists.
  • You have experience with multi-touch attribution and can prove marketing's impact on revenue.
  • Experience with product launches in competitive software markets.
  • Solid knowledge in Marketing Automation, AI Tools, ABM, Analytics, Webinars.
