Head of Marketing and Communications will lead strategic planning and execution of all marketing and communication activities to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing integrated strategies, managing budgets, leading marketing teams, crafting brand narratives, overseeing campaigns across multiple channels, and collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.  

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with overall business goals. 

Brand Management:

Maintain the company's brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels to foster brand loyalty and recognition. 

Team Leadership:

Lead, and motivate a marketing and communications team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. 

Campaign Execution:

Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing and communications campaigns, both digital and traditional. 

Content & Messaging:

Lead the creation of compelling content and tailored messages for various audiences and stakeholders. 

Stakeholder Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, partners, and other key stakeholders. 

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and communications efforts, optimizing strategies as needed. 

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI). 

Executive Collaboration:

Act as a senior leader and trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel to the executive team on all marketing and communication matters. 


Skills and Experience

  • Leadership:

     Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a team. 
  • Strategic Thinking:

     Proven ability to develop and execute successful, integrated marketing strategies. 
  • Brand Expertise:

     Deep understanding of brand development, positioning, and storytelling. 
  • Digital & Traditional Marketing:

     Expertise in various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, PR, and events. 
  • Analytics:

     Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure campaign success. 
  • Industry Knowledge:

     Extensive knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
