Head of Marketing Communications

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that aligns with our company's business goals.Lead the marketing communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Manage all communication channels, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, content marketing, event management and email campaigns.Craft compelling brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.Oversee the creation of high-quality content, such as press releases, blog posts, case studies, and marketing collateral.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities.Manage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media platforms.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
