Head of Marketing Communications

As the Head of Marketing Communications (Marcom) at Apple in India, your role will involve leading the Apple India Marcom team to plan, drive, and execute marketing communications across various customer touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering closely with WW and local teams to develop the Marcom strategy for India - Understanding core business and product challenges to identify breakthrough strategies - Providing strategic and creative leadership within the India Marketing team to uphold and enhance Apple's brand - Overseeing the execution and success of all product launches in India - Building a strong team and creative culture to consistently deliver top-notch marketing communications - Collaborating with key channel partners to deploy communications - Leading digital efforts for Apple and channel partners on social and e-commerce platforms - Representing ongoing business insights to inform worldwide strategies - Managing a network of agency partners to supplement in-house capabilities - Ensuring brand consistency and excellent customer experience at point of sale across all distribution channels Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for marketing communications and ability to get things done - Strong strategic and creative instincts with deep knowledge of the creative process - Business leader with the capability to understand Apple products and services and intersect with local insights - Strategic problem solver with the ability to simplify complex issues and craft executable plans - Encouraging leader who can recruit, motivate, and develop talent - Collaborative mindset to bring teams together and drive towards common goals - Energetic, positive, and patient with experience in leading large marketing communications and creative teams - Deep experience in Digital and Social Media, channel experience is a plus Minimum Qualifications: - Senior marketing leader with 15+ years of experience in global organizations or creative agencies - 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams - Experience in leading marketing communications and creative teams in large-scale global organizations,
