Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience (4-8 years)in third-party real estate leasing, with a strong focus on retail properties. * Demonstrated track record of successful lease negotiations and closures. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and leasing principles. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
