Job Title: Retail leasing consultant Location: Babar Road ,Delhi, India Job Summary : The Retail leasing consultant (Retail and commercial properties) will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing retail leasing agreements for the company's portfolio of properties, engaging with external brokers and clients. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy rates and revenue generation through strategic third-party partnerships. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and cultivate relationships with third-party real estate brokers, agents, and potential retail tenants. * Actively market and showcase available retail spaces to prospective clients. * Conduct market research to understand retail trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. * Negotiate lease terms, conditions, and rental rates in line with company objectives and market dynamics. * Prepare and process all necessary leasing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Collaborate with internal teams (legal, property management, marketing) to facilitate smooth leasing operations. * Provide regular reports on leasing activities, pipeline, and market feedback. Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience (4-8 years)in third-party real estate leasing, with a strong focus on retail properties. * Demonstrated track record of successful lease negotiations and closures. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and leasing principles. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
