Role Overview

The Head – Marketing & Communications

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the
Advaint Brand & Communication Strategy
across B2B and B2C segments.
Lead
product launches
with integrated ATL / BTL / Digital / PR campaigns.
Build a
digital marketing ecosystem
— website, social, performance, and analytics.
Drive
content creation
— brochures, videos, success stories, PR, and internal communication.
Manage creative, media, and digital agencies; track campaign ROI.
Develop
partner marketing
programs with developers, integrators, and architects.
Build and mentor a small in-house brand & content team.

Desired Profile

10 – 15 years
’ experience; at least
5 years
leading brand or marketing in
Smart Tech / IoT / Real Estate / Premium Consumer Tech.
MBA / PG in Marketing or Communication.
Proven record of launching products and building premium brands.
Excellent storytelling, design sensibility, and digital-first mindset.
Hands-on, creative, analytical, and comfortable working directly with founders.
