Head of Marketing Communications

You will be joining Advaint Technologies, a fast-growing innovative start-up in home, building, and community automation, as the Head of Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for owning Advaint's brand, marketing, and communication strategy, including positioning, go-to-market launches, digital engagement, and partner marketing. Your blend of strategic storytelling and hands-on execution will be crucial in shaping the story of this intelligent living experiences provider in India and international markets. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the Advaint Brand & Communication Strategy across B2B and B2C segments. - Lead product launches with integrated ATL / BTL / Digital / PR campaigns. - Build a digital marketing ecosystem including website, social media, performance tracking, and analytics. - Drive content creation such as brochures, videos, success stories, PR, and internal communication while ensuring brand alignment. - Manage creative, media, and digital agencies and track campaign ROI. - Develop partner marketing programs with developers, integrators, and architects. - Build and mentor an in-house marketing & content team. Desired Profile: - 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in leading brand or marketing in Smart Tech / IoT / Real Estate / Premium Consumer Tech. - MBA / PG in Marketing or Communication. - Proven track record of launching products and building premium brands. - Excellent storytelling abilities, design sensibility, and a digital-first mindset. - Hands-on, creative, analytical, and comfortable working directly with founders.
