Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment. The role involves spearheading HR initiatives, coordinating recruitment efforts, and working closely with leadership to align HR practices with the strategic goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Relations management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
