Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Bhubaneswar. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions of 700+ Employees including developing and implementing HR policies, Overseeing Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Employees, Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additionally, the role will involve strategic planning with P&G to enhance the company's workforce and contribute to overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience of

  minumum 5-10 Years in FMCG

  Industry ( HUL, Parle, ITC, Marico, Ruchi or similar companies )

• Non IT & Non Industrial Work Background is Must

• Strong skills in Employee Recruitment, Development and Performance Management
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi & Odia
