As the sole proprietor for Procter & Gamble in the region, we specialize in distributing globally trusted household brands like Ariel, Tide, Head & Shoulders, and more. With a strong supply chain network and a customer-centric approach, we ensure that essential products reach every corner of the state. Role Description This is a entry level full-time role as a Field Sales Executive at OM Associates (PAN Odisha on basis of requirement). The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing retail and wholesale partnerships by covering different beats to successfully take orders and implement P&G’s fundamental goals with all the stores. The role involves driving sales, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Salary - 18-20K (Ctc Per Month) Extra Incentives Upto 10k on performance Travelling and Dearness Allowance Provided Extra PF and ESIC Covered Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 1 Year Experience in FMCG Sales Bike and Driving License is mandatory Basic Computer Knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills in Odia Language Ability to build and maintain relationships Experience in FMCG sales is a plus Knowledge of the Odisha market Ability to work independently and in a team
