About the Role:

leading event firm in AI, analytics, and data science


They are seeking an accomplished sales and partnerships leader to drive global revenue growth, with a focus on the US and Indian markets.


This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and partnership management, ideal for someone with experience in tech, analytics, or media sales and a proven record in international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global sales and partnership strategy, focusing on the US and India.
  • Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with enterprises, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities, drive client acquisition, and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to design client-centric solutions and campaigns.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing models, and partnership agreements with senior stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs, analyze sales performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and opportunities in global analytics, AI, and data-driven industries.
  • Represent the organization at international industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Mentor and guide sales or partnership managers, fostering a high-performance team culture.


Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Reports directly to the CEO.
  • Works closely with sales, marketing, editorial/content, and product teams to ensure alignment across global initiatives.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on US and Indian markets, providing insights to inform strategy and decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, in technology, analytics, AI, or media sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling business in US and Indian markets.
  • Strong network across enterprise, agency, and analytics/media ecosystems in both geographies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical, business acumen, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
