Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum for the position of Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will oversee the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting. Responsibilities will include guiding the financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing financial processes, managing cash flow, and presenting financial insights to stakeholders. The role also involves leading a team of finance professionals while ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and overall strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting
• Experience in Cash Flow Management, Cost Optimization, and Financial Analysis
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate finance principles
• Skilled in Leadership, Team Management, and Stakeholder Communication
• Advanced knowledge of financial tools, software, and accounting systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or CPA are preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
