The Sales Head will lead the overall sales strategy and execution for our wafer manufacturing business, targeting both B2B channels (wholesale, distributors, key accounts) and B2C segments (retail consumers). The ideal candidate boasts over 10 years of experience in the sale of potato wafer or namkeen products and demonstrates strong market insights, leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B and B2C channels while setting sales targets aligned with business objectives. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities. Build relationships with distributors, retail chains, and strategic partners, leading negotiations and securing contracts. Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs. Oversee sales processes to ensure optimal product reach and customer satisfaction. Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred. Professional Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales experience, specifically in the wafer, potato wafer, or namkeen domain. Proven track record in managing both B2B and B2C sales initiatives and achieving significant revenue growth.
