Job Description

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, MIS, closing, reporting, and financial modelling.
Experience in auditing, financial controlling
Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies will be preferred.
Proven track record in leading teams (small or large); not worked as an individual contributor.
Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the overall finance function, including Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making and long-term growth.
Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting processes.
Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls to ensure governance and risk management
Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation for efficiency.
Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.
