Job Description

Job Summary:

Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
Manage company cash flow, investments, and financing strategies.
Lead the financial planning and analysis process to support decision-making.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Liaise with external partners including auditors, banks, and investors.
Build and lead the finance team, ensuring continuous development and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
Proven experience (15+ years) in senior financial leadership roles.
Strong understanding of corporate financial law, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and investor relations.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience in fundraising or IPO preparation is a strong plus.
Exposure to international accounting standards and cross-border financial operations.
Business acumen with a growth mindset and focus on operational excellence.
