Job Description Motivus Innovation Power Private Limited is seeking a skilled and 03-05 yrs . experienced Embedded Programmer to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 63. This is a junior position job role that requires expertise in Electronics, Various microcontrollers (like STM32 or others) & embedded programming languages like Embedded C/ C++ etc., and other advanced embedded technology skills. Key Responsibilities Working with management on short term & long term strategy, Design, develop, and maintain embedded programs for power electronic systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications. Implement and test software solutions to meet product requirements. Develop firmware for microcontrollers and other ICs, specifically using AVR and ST microcontroller technology. Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in embedded systems. Ensure software quality and performance through rigorous testing and validation. Stay updated with the latest advancements in embedded software and power electronics technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or electronics stream from a reputed University/College. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in embedded projects development. Deep understanding and knowledge of microcontroller architecture. Proficiency in microcontroller IC programming. Knowledge of embedded projects along with hardware (Electronics components and Interfacing) & Software (Program development according to project requirements) Experience with microcontroller programming and embedded systems design. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other microcontroller families and development tools. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in embedded software development. Hands-on experience with project/product development.
