E-Commerce Head — D2C & Marketplace Expansion (Jewellery Brand)We’re on a mission to build one of India’s most loved jewellery brands and digital will be our biggest growth engine.We’re looking for an E-Commerce Head who can take complete ownership of our online business and help us scale rapidly across D2C, marketplaces, and international markets.If you think like a builder, and get excited about turning a strong brand into a digital powerhouse, this role is for you.⸻


What You’ll Own (End-to-End)1. D2C Growth (Primary Focus) • Lead and scale our own website as the core revenue driver. • Buildproduct strategy based on demand insights, trends, and profitability. • Improve UX, conversion funnels, customer journeys, and repeat purchase behaviour. • Oversee performance marketing, CRM, retention, and content strategy. • Work toward developing our own app as the next step of D2C expansion.2. Marketplace Development & Penetration • Identify the right marketplaces and create a roadmap for expansion (Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.). • Oversee onboarding, catalogue setup, pricing, and positioning. • Buildmarketplace playbooks for visibility, reviews, promotions, and scaling sustainably. • Use data to balance growth and contribution margins.3. Operations, Fulfilment & Efficiency • Streamline e-commerce operations end-to-end — inventory, dispatch, packaging, SLAs, returns, and QC. • Implement systems and automations for faster, more cost-effective order fulfilment. • Ensurea smooth customer experience from order to delivery.4.
