Role Overview: Jaipur Rugs is looking for a passionate individual with a flair for writing and an innovative mindset to join their team as a Marketing Specialist. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and generating engaging stories for digital and print media platforms. Your main goal will be to contribute to the company's growth by managing online activities, improving website performance, and overseeing digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting. - Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy to enhance website performance. - Collaborate with developers to enhance website speed and ensure mobile compatibility. - Research the market to identify new trends and technologies for improving website performance. - Analyze data to devise data-driven strategies for achieving key performance indicators. - Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, email marketing, and social media. - Create a content calendar and supervise website uploads and landing page development. - Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing activities.
